We combine a customer-centric approach with outstanding knowledge of the local, national and global property markets, honed from our team’s combined 40 years’ experience, from London to North Yorkshire and beyond.

About LIBBY
Libby realised that clients needed a more bespoke approach and launched her own boutique agency, Napier Watt, Mayfair. Her exemplary reputation and knowledge of the London property market, both sales, lettings and acquisitions meant that the company became a huge success within months. Dealing with a wide section of the public, from overseas students, through to high and ultra-high net worth clients from the UK and Off Shore.
Libby has recently relocated back to Harrogate to start Barclay Watt and brings her huge expertise in the property field to Harrogate where she is looking forward to providing a Rolls Royce service to her clients.
