Libby Watt
Barclay Watt founder Libby grew up in Harrogate, before moving to London in 1999, where she went on to run several offices for large estate agencies across the south east, working in Richmond, Surrey (“the Harrogate of the south”) then Chelsea and Marylebone in central London.
Noticing a gap in the market for bespoke, customer-centric services, Libby created the Napier Watt agency in London’s Mayfair and has established herself a specialist in securing off-market properties, thanks to her tenacious nature and her tough negotiating skills.
Mark Tripp
The head of Barclay Watt’s global relocation service, Mark has more than 20 years’ experience working for market-leading agents, handling all aspects of lettings, sales, property and customer service. He appreciates the differing needs of both corporate and individual clients, offering bespoke guidance and support in a friendly and approachable manner.
Mark gained the Global Mobility Specialist accreditation in 2013 and keeps up to date with changes in tenancy legislation and practice by attending professional forums and seminars.
