Our 6-monthly property inspections help tenants feel supported and deliver peace of mind to our landlords. While we’re proudly based in Harrogate, our vastly experienced team has worked throughout the UK for domestic and international clients, and can help you source properties locally, nationally and abroad, and make sure that they have the amenities you need.
Global Relocation Service
Barclay Watt are proud to offer our tailor made Global Relocation Service, headed up by Mark Tripp. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience working for market-leading global relocation companies, handling all aspects of lettings, sales, property and customer service. He appreciates the differing needs of both corporate and individual clients, offering bespoke guidance and support in a friendly and approachable manner. Mark gained the Global Mobility Specialist accreditation in 2013 and keeps up to date with changes in tenancy legislation and practice by attending professional forums and seminars. We are partnered with other, highly regarded global mobility specialists worldwide and will work with them to ensure your relocation is seamless and stress free. Packages include, property search, school search and orientation days.
Interior design
Barclay Watt offer a complete end to end service, whether you wish to book a colour consultancy session to help you decide on the colour scheme for your new home or instruct us to fully redesign your property from inside out (subject to the usual planning consents). We will work alongside you to create your dream home.
We have also introduced our unique Tenancy Interior Design Service, whereby we will spend time with Tenants advising them how to really make their new home really feel like theirs, whether that is ideas for a new furniture layout, or advising on those finishing touches like lamps, rugs and other accessories that can really make a difference. Just because it is a rented, does not mean it needn’t feel like yours. Similarly, we can work with Landlords and advise them on how to maximise their rental return by ensuring their property is presented in the best possible way possible. We also work alongside some great furniture rental companies who offer high end rental furniture, with no MDF in sight.
